Several water activities are organised in the Llosa del Cavall reservoir, a reservoir located in the Vall de Lord, which belongs to the Cardener river (Llobregat river basin), including kayaking. For more information: www.kayakk1.com
At the Sant Ponç reservoir, the company La Caseta del Pantano offers kayak rental, which can be combined with *BTT, *Tirolina or bridge jumping activities.

Solsonès is a region with large wooded areas, rivers, cliffs and the Port del Comte massif to the north, at an altitude of 2,383m, where we find the peak of Pedró dels Quatre Batlles. The set of routes and itineraries, suitable for the whole family with different levels of difficulty, are characterised by their accessibility and by the fact that they encourage the discovery of unknown corners, adding value to the cultural, natural and landscape heritage of Solsona.

An old salt farm that has been restored to allow therapeutic bathing and to house an interpretation centre on how salt was obtained in these facilities. It has also been converted into an information centre explaining the day-to-day life of this small operation, how the salt was extracted and prepared on the salt pans and how the five original mills, which have also been restored, worked.
Baths of salty and hot waters while enjoying a privileged view of the Pyrenees – Odèn is located in the north of Solsonès.
